The City regularly solicits the services of contractors, consultants, and vendors to provide goods and services. All bidders must be registered with https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ to be eligible to be awarded a contract. 

Public Works Construction Open Bids 

Effective 11/03/2021:

All advertising for Public Works Construction Contracts has moved to our new platform (BPX Printing and Reprographics). To see currently open bids, please visit https://www.citrusheightsplanroom.com/ 

Contractors must register through the new site to view project descriptions and obtain copies of contract documents. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to confirm their firm is on the planholder’s list held at BPX Printing and Reprographics. Only those who register will receive addendum notifications. 

The City encourages all bidders and proposes to seek the participation of disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) firms. Certain projects that are funded with federal monies may require DBE participation.
