Incident Logs

Daily Activity and Arrest Logs are not intended as a full and complete list of all police activity. Some information is not displayed pursuant to Government Code § 7923.600 and the California Public Records Act. The Citrus Heights Police Department is mindful of the important balance between the public’s right to know and an individual’s right to privacy. We will always do our best to ensure that the information that is exempt from disclosure is protected as legally applicable. All arrested suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty. Additionally, the original crimes, nature of offenses, and charges may be amended or dismissed as further information is made available.

Daily Activity and Arrest Logs will be posted daily, with the exception of weekends and holidays. In these cases, logs will be posted on the next business day. All logs will be maintained on the website for 30 days. 

The information displayed in these daily logs is comprised of information as it is known at the time of the posting and is susceptible to some degree of error due to the collection and entry of the data. No warranty or guarantee is made or implied regarding the content, geographic accuracy, timeliness, completeness, sequence, or accuracy of any information provided herein. The reader should not rely on the data provided herein for any reason. The information is provided strictly as a courtesy to the public.

Under no circumstances should any members of the public take any action on their own behalf as it relates to the information provided in the Daily Activity or Arrest Logs other than notifying the Citrus Heights Police Department of information they wish to share.
