The City is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified contractors with relevant experience and expertise to provide on-call field preventative maintenance, as needed repairs, and emergency response services for City owned traffic signals, streetlights, and all associated lighting, equipment and all other associated apparatus using duly trained and qualified personnel.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a qualified firm to provide on-call preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency response for streetlights, traffic signal systems and associated equipment. The City intends to select one successful Respondent as the preferred service provider with whom the City will negotiate a professional services agreement, which is intended to be valid for three (3) years from the date of award with the option of two one-year extensions.

Proposals shall be submitted in the manner specified in the RFQ. It is also the Respondent’s responsibility to check the City’s website for any updated information at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled proposal opening Submittal deadline is 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
The license classification required for this project is Class C-10 Electrical Contractor License.

There is no Pre-Submittal Meeting for this project. Questions about the RFQ shall be submitted per the instructions in the RFQ.
